The Alpha Home Décor Gallery is located on Rochester Rd at Long Lake in Troy, MI.  The Gallery offers and accepts consignments of hard to find, often one of a kind treasures.  From furnishing elegant entryways to grand great rooms, Alpha Home Décor’s mission is to provide its customers’ the means of adding significance to any space with unique works of art and décor. 

Offering fine furnishings, art, antiques and more from around the world, customers experience an eclectic collection of extraordinary pieces presented in a museum like environment. 

Inspired by owner Tim Ferasin’s extensive travel throughout the world, with a passion for balance and design, and a philosophy that quality furnishings and great art withstand the test of time, Alpha Home Décor seeks out the highest quality and uniquely designed pieces worldwide.

In the late 50’s my family would frequently press their noses to the showroom window of Englanders, a high-end furniture store in one of Detroit's first suburban shopping malls "Eastland Center". Englanders was twice selected as "Outstanding Store in America" by the National Association of Casual Furniture Manufacturers. 

For financial reasons, don’t believe we ever stepped in the door of Englanders, but never failed to make it our first stop when visiting the mall.  My father, an Italian immigrant, built most all of our furniture in those days and used Englanders as his design guide.  It is somewhat ironic that one of Alpha’s past extraordinary treasures was an all stainless steel & glass artesian crafted display cabinet imported from Italy by Englander’s.

Roxie the Greeter

It brings us great sadness that Roxie our Standard Poodle Greeter left for the Rainbow Bridge in September of 2020. She had just turned 11 and had been greeting our customers every day for the last 10 years.  She loved everyone and was always looking for a rub on the head. Roxie will be missed by our clients and especially her family.

Oscar is a confident bird hand sculpted out of paper mache standing 7 ft tall!
